Jacob Hutter was burned at the stake in the central marketplace. Before his execution, Hutter was subjected to extreme torture. He was placed bound and gagged in freezing water, then put in a warm room where brandy was poured into his torn flesh and set on fire.

Nicholas Geyersbuehler, a miller and Anabaptist deacon, was beheaded and burned to death.
