Etta Fuller was the daughter of Jane Minerva Tillotson and her second husband, Belden Colton Linzee. She was born at Ovid, Clinton County, Michigan on 7 March 1865. She married at Ovid 7 May 1884 Emory Albert Fuller, son of Curtis Russell and Artemesia Ashley (Hyde) Fuller. She died at Berkeley, California in December 1952 and is buried in Ovid.
