In the Ramsey house, JonBenet was a star. She
was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed lavishing their attention upon her. Burke was envious of
the attention given to JonBenet. Sometimes he wished she were dead. On this day,
Christmas, she received all the best gifts. He felt unloved and unwanted and he could see
the adoration in the eyes of everyone that looked upon JonBenet.
