The Day of Revival

Stumbling into a nest where I am welcomed

The reach of the sun has been buried for another day

The warmth of your voice asking for a bow

I would but I couldn't, I could but I wouldn't

As a drop of rain into a river,

The tide of our scream grazes masked angels

Time will change it, only the time

Where do we go?

Where do we go to find our scattered dreams?

Answers for a day. Don't matter.

The day I can smile for a rolling penny

The day I can be hugged by grandma

I revive.
