CHAPTER IX: ADMINISTRATION OF TRADE MARKS

Article 77

The Trade Mark Office shall conduct the administration of trade marks as regulated in this Act.

Article 78

The Trade Mark Office shall implement a national documentation of trade marks and information network system capable of providing information to the public as widely as possible.

Article 79

In implementing the administration of trade marks, the Trade Mark Office shall receive guidance from and shall be responsible to the Minister.
