To become successful in your physical fitness, you must:

{3}Check all your equipment so you will not hurt yourself.



Physical fitness helps a person to stay in good shape. By doing various excericses, such as sit-ups, stretching, jogging and chin-ups as well as other activities, you can maintain a good shape. By eating a balanced meal and drinking lots of water, you can help maintain as well as loos weight. Going to gym, lifting weights, swimming, playing basketball and working out are great ways to stay in shape.
