This piece took me two full weeks to draw. I was using the cover of a coloring book as a guide, so it looks a little cartoon-ish. I actually added the bushes and the basement window about one year after I finished the rest of the house. This was the first large drawing I did that I think I was ever really pleased with. Although it is hard to tell from this scanned version, the original drawing is about 18 inches in height, which is one of the reasons it took so long to complete. It's not too bad for a 14-year-old...
