How do we use this chart? When a color is needed for a webpage ... you type in your editor between left and right brackets the following.
The six character hex codes you see listed below will go between the # and the quote sign to its right for each element (background, text, link, and visited link). The left bracket will go directly before the word BODY, and the right bracket going immediately after the last quote of VLINK.
