Preheat the oven to 400 deg.
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
Press into a 9" spring form pan and put in the freezer to set.
Using the flat beater in the mixer beat the sour cream for 10 sec. (this coats the beaters and the bowl so the cream cheese doesn't stick as much.)
Add the cream cheese and sugar, beat until almost smooth.
Add the cornstarch , vanilla, and eggs.
Beat until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into the crust.
Bake for 15min at 400deg.
Lower temp to 200 deg bake for 1 hour.
Turn off heat and let sit in oven for one more hour.
Remove from oven and refrigerate overnight.
