Zahdé's Corn Casserole
Based on a recipe from my friend Jean.
The small batch is good for small dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) can whole kernal corn [drained]
- 1 (15oz) can cream style corn
- 1 small sour cream (8oz, 1 cup)
- 1 small Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 3/4 stick butter (6 Tbsp), melted
Instructions
Mix everything together in a casserole dish [2 quart approx.] and bake for 45 min. at 350°F. It may take a little longer depending on your oven.
Double Batch
Good for Potlucks
Ingredients
- 2 (15oz) cans whole kernal corn [drained]
- 1 (15oz) can cream style corn
- 1 reg tub of sour cream (16oz, 2 cups)
- 2 small Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup), melted
Instructions
Mix everything together in a casserole dish [9"x13"x2"] and bake for 45 min. at 350°F. It may take a little longer depending on your oven.
