Fran's Really Good Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 c cooked Garbanzos (soak 1 c overnight then simmer ~2hrs or use 1 can of chickpeas)
- 1/4 – 1/2 c bean juice
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 2 T olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t parsley
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/8 t cayenne
- 2 1/2 T tahini (grind sesame seeds in coffee mill)
Instructions
- Blend in food processor until desired consistency

This recipe is from my sister Francesca. They grow "garbs" on the Palouse, where she lives.
