Put on a large kettle of water to boil.
Cut the broccoli into florets and bite sized pieces and blanch in the boiling water.
Wash and quarter the mushrooms. Chop the cooked ham. Finely slice the onion. Shred the cheddar cheese. Break up the Ramen noodles.
In a separate bowl combine yogurt, eggs, and flavor pack from noodles.
In a large bowl combine broccoli, mushrooms, ham, cheese, and broken noodles then toss together wet mixture and vegetables to evenly coat.
Place in a non-stick 12" x 17" rectangular bake/roast pan for 1 hour, until center is bubbly. Allow to set for 15 minutes before serving.
