Yankee Dry Rub
Ingredients
- 3T Paprika
- 3T Onion Powder
- 2T Salt
- 1T Ground Black Pepper
- 1T Garlic Powder
- 1T Mustard Powder
Instructions
- Mix the spices together
- Store in a spice shaker
- Use as needed
Theory of the Dish
I was reading cookbooks that had lots of spicy Texas and Cajun dry rubs. I like flavor but I don't like too much heat. So I thought of a nice mellow Northern dry rub. It's perfect for roast beef or sprinkled over roast chicken.
