Many of you may recall the infamous Judge Smith, who did everything conceivable to give the surviving Branch Davidians the maximum sentences possible, in a typical Texas Judge's parody of justice [a performance topped only by the nauseating 5th Circuit's review opinion of his decisions, that reeks of prejudice and injustice], the same Judge Smith who was so appreciated by the feds for his faithful services in the cause of tyranny that the government managed to consolidate and have all the resulting civil actions transferred back to his court. Oh ya, THAT Judge Smith. Well......., it appears that our dear beloved Judge Smith is finally becoming a bit testy after years of dealing with the scum that he previous sought to bow down before......
