the webmaster notes that Ricky Duncan a Phoenix Libertarian Party member almost shot down the baseball stadium built with stolen taxpayer money for the Phoenix Diamondbacks owner Jerry Colangeo who also owns the Phoenix Suns whos stadium was also built with stolen taxpayer money.

Ricky sited a little know section of the Arizona Territorial Constition which said the Maricopa County Supervisors could not be office holders in the stadium district because Maricopa County was in debt.

While Ricky was right the Judge threw it out on a procedure error because Ricky did not file it with in a year. The judge may have thrown it out because he was owned by Jerry Colangelo
