<<<I was just thinking that i know several people that go there, and that it would be kewl to be able to reach them at a very very minimal cost. Plus i would love to be ablt to bounce through their lines and then back out again.>>>
hmmm for bouncing calls you should find a local high school or middle school.. most of them have their own pbx's and shithead techs running them.. my old middle school had a very very basic pbx with only 3 outlines.. you just gotta get access on it which can be pretty easy depending on how its set up.. at my highschool all the teachers have a vmb so you just got to crack the vmb which doesnt take long.. acourse you cant make long distance calls with teacher access but you could bounce a local call.. also depending on the pbx they might log calls..
for free calls the most popular solution would be red boxing.. eh, im not sure what you know about red boxing but its getting free calls from a pay phone.. basically older payphones used tones to signal when a coin was dropped in.. newer phones like the millennium phones you see mostly at airports cannot be boxed.. not so old phones might need a little adjusting (ie the mic might be muted) and older phones work fine...
basically i'd stay away from abusing the U's phones system because their security would probably be closer to the secure side and also i doubt theyd take losing money lightly.. if youre gonna rip someone off go for a telco cause theoretically they dont lose money and also theyre moslty just fascist monopolies..hope the above info helps
