I, Thomas Fowler of Hopkins County Kentucky, being weak in body but of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this as my last will and testament.
    1st.  It is my will and desire that after the payment of all my just debts that my estate be equally divided between all my children taking into estimation the advancements that I have made to some of them.
    2nd.  Having heretofore conveyed by deed of gift one hundred acres of land to my son James Fowler it is my will and desire that he have conveyed to him in addition to the one hundred acres above named fifty acres to be laid off on the North of said one hundred acres.
    3rd.  Having heretofore conveyed by deed of gift one hundred acres of land to my son Alvin Fowler it is my will and desire that he have conveyed to him in addition to the one hundred acres above named fifty acres to be laid off on the North of the tract of land on which I now reside and which was conveyed to me by James W. Wilkins by deed of record in the Hopkins County Court clerks office.
    4th.  Having heretofore conveyed by deed of gift one hundred acres of land to my son Thomas J. Fowler it is my will and desire that he have conveyed to him  in addition to the one hundred acres above named fifty acres to be laid off on the North of the said tract of land on which I now reside and which was conveyed to me by James W. Wilkins by deed of record in the Hopkins County Court clerks office.
    5th.  After the allotment of the above named lands to each of my sons James, Alvin and Thomas J. it is my will and desire that the balance of the said tract of land above named and which was conveyed to me by James W. Wilkins as aforesaid be equally divided and allotted (taking into consideration its qualilty and quantity) into three parcels or shares and that my daughter Naoma Fowler have one of said shares, that my son John Fowler have one of said shares, and that my son Louden Fowler have one of said shares.
    6th.  It is my will and desire that my daughter Naoma Fowler have a horse to be worth seventy dollars and a milk cow to be worth fifteen dollars. It is also my will and desire that my sons John and Louden have each a milk cow worth fifteen dollars. The above bequests are made to make them equal with my other children as to advancements in personal property.
    7th.  It is my will and desire that my house and lot lying in Winchester, Clark County Kentucky, which I inherited from my grand child Rosa Fowler be sold and the proceeds arising therefrom be equally divided between all my children.
    8th.  It is my will and desire that all my personal property not herein before disposed of be sold and out of the proceeds arising from the sale all my past debts be paid. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my friends Terry W. Will and Olivay Waddell executors of this my last will and testament empowering them and each of them to have laid off and allotted the tracts or parcels of land herein before mentioned, to allot and assign the specific legacies,  and to sell and convey the lot of ground in Winchester Ky as above named and to convey to each by deed the land allotted.
