Extensive Olympic coverage continues on my webpage. Congratulations to Catriona LeMay Doane for winning Canada's first gold medal. Congratulations to all the other Canadian athletes, who strove as hard as Catriona did, but fell just short. Congratulations to all of the people who work to put on the Olympics. There's something about the Olympics that brings people together, both as nations and as a world. It's quite extraordinary actually, the forces at work. I guess they're sort of encapsulated in these little catch-phrases that the Olympics sort of uses. Cooperation. Competition. Unity. Spirit. Passion. All those little words are what tells the story. People around the world buy into it bigtime. The Games are about fostering this and that. Right. Anyways. Like I said. Congratulations to all the athletes.
