I admit to being swept up in a little Olympic fever the last couple of weeks. It's odd how it happens. I'm not the only one either. So many people, have been living and dying with things like curling, bobsleigh, skiing, when such things didn't even cross their mind in four years. It's pretty extraordinary the effect that the Olympics had on people. And what better to illustrate the point than to look outside on the street during the gold medal hockey game yesterday. The town was deserted. Everybody was at homes or in bars, watching the hockey game. The entire country. Incredible.

And now, back to our regularly scheduled programming.

yaay! Canada won GOLD 5-1! I guess it's a Cdn sport afterall = )
