Event: Liberty Spirit Gathering 1999

RULES
1. All participants shall arrive at the campground no earlier than the posted opening time of 3 o'clock PM on Thursday, July 29, 1999 and leave the campground no later than Noon on Sunday, August 1, 1999. All participants - including non-campers - are required to pay either $5.00 per day or $10.00 for a 7 - Day Parking Permit at either the booth at milepost 5 or the Palisades Ranger Station. Unless prior arrangements are made with LSG staff, participants shall be responsible for their own transportation, camping equipment or lodging, personal clothing and toiletries. Drinking water will be available in the campground. Permanent pit toilet facilities are in the campground. Meals will be provided for those that choose the "with meals" plan, from Dinner on July 29th to Breakfast on August 1st. We will attempt to have solar showers available for your comfort and convenience.
2. Participants agree to abide by all posted U.S. Forest Service regulations in the campground and while in the Coronado National Forest. There will be a clothing optional area, subject to approval from the US Forest Service Supervisor of the area. Alcoholic beverages are only to be consumed within the campground by adults over the age of 21. This is an Arizona State Law. There shall be NO FIREARMS of any kind allowed in the campground. This is a Federal Law and carries a stiff penalty NO EXCEPTIONS! Those disobeying the law or directions of the Forest Ranger will be ejected from the campground and will face prosecution to the fullest extent of the law with absolutely no refund of fees paid.
3. Fires shall be contained in Forest Service constructed grills and fire rings. Participants may use their personal bar-b-que grills, campstoves and portable fireplaces. In the event of EXTREME Fire Danger the Forest Service may ban the use of wood or charcoal fires. In this case only campstoves, heaters and lanterns using propane, gas, solid or gel fuel will be allowed for lighting, cooking and heating. Disobeying fire regulations will result in participant being ejected from the campground and facing prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, including possible payment for damages caused by careless use of fire with absolutely no refund of fees paid.
4. Participants agree to conduct themselves in a manner not to cause conflict with other participants in respect to individual paths, mannerisms and attitudes. If a conflict arises, the best thing to do is agree to disagree. If there is a problem, please seek out an LSG Staff Member and they will attempt to resolve it to the satisfaction of the majority. The LSG Facilitators, Don & Arlene Davis, shall have the final word in any resolution to conflicts that may arise.
5. Parents or adults bringing children will be responsible for those children at all times. Adults over 18 bringing minors under 18 that are not their own must have a signed and notarized by the minor's parents permission/temporary guardianship form from each minor in order for the minor to be admitted to the Gathering. No Minor under the age of 18 will be admitted to the Gathering unless they are accompanied by a responsible parent or adult legal guardian over the age of 18. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. Liberty Spirit Gathering will have a staff consisting of Security, First Aid, Facilitators, Transportation and Hospitality. Every effort will be made to make the participant's Liberty Spirit Gathering experience a fulfilling and positively memorable one. The event will be held rain or shine. Should there be inclement weather, every effort will be made by LSG Staff to provide a safe and reasonably dry shelter for workshops and circles. If a participant is asked to leave the Gathering because of disobedience of the rules they will not be entitled to any refund or other compensation for the fees paid to attend the Gathering.

I (We), the named and undersigned, do agree to abide by the rules set forth in this form. I (We) also agree to release from liability and hold harmless Don & Arlene Davis, Solitary Practitioner Information Network, it's agents, workshop and lecture presenters their families, companies or organizations from any physical or emotional harm, property loss or damage that may result from my (our) attendance at or travel to and from the event, Liberty Spirit Gathering, July 29 through August 1, 1999. I (We) further agree to waive my (our) rights to compensation for or refund of fees paid if we do not cancel our registration at least 7 days prior to the event or if I (We) am (are) asked to leave the event for any reason.
