TKE, Fraternity of the Year for the 4th Straight Year 1996-2000
On January 10, 1899 five students gathered together to found a society whose avowed purpose was "to aid college men in mental, moral, and social development." Since that cold January evening Tau Kappa Epsilon has grown to become the world's largest social fraternity. With more than three hundred active chapters in the United States and Canada, Tau Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity has a reputation of excellence worldwide.
TKE at Merrimack College is something special. The Tekes here are very active and hold a lot of E-Board positions on campus. Tekes here participate in activities such as the Argus Newspaper, On-Stagers, Lacrosse, Program/Activities Board, IFC, SCUBA Club, Amnesty International, act as Resident Assistants and more. TKE is reigning 4 time Fraternity of the Year on campus.font>
