Warm greetings from Russia!
I praise God for the successful trip to America. The Lord and Christian brothers and sisters were very good to me.
Our church is renting the facility from the governmental day care (we call it kinder garden). Lately several parents went to the director telling that they don't want the church there and she gave us a notice to look for another place for the church. Well we know that when we are in God's will the devil is seriously against us. So I ask you prayer support as well as possible financial help because we are in real need of our own building.
As you may know we have plans to develop ministry for the drug-addicts in our city. We need a place for that work and depend on the decision of our city's officials. They have several specialized buildings but they are afraid of working with non Orthodox Church. Unfortunately they also don't really want to deal with drug-addicts because they are not easy people to work with. We pray according to the Scripture: "The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will" (Proverbs 21:1).
