Greetings from Russia! We are rejoicing feeling the increasing of anointing at our services. In fact, this is the greatest joy for Christian - the joy of God's presence. The folk quire of our church had its first evangelistic performance at the end of December. We were invited to visit one of the hospitals in Moscow. There were 40-50 people listening to the songs and us as we shared the Gospel. Almost all of them prayed the salvation prayer. We are praising the Lord and praying for the new doors to be opened as well as for the unity between the quire members. We have received some clothing donated by one of the missions from the USA and want to distribute part of it to the needy people. We had a meeting with local authorities regarding the possibilities to do it along with the preaching the Gospel and hope to receive some response from them soon. Our great desire is to receive or purchase a piece of land and build a church building of our own. Brother Igor is planning to leave for Uzbekistan and Kirgiziya in about two weeks. My father is still in the reanimation in very serious physical condition. His temperature is very high for almost whole month and he is unable to think or speak quite adequately. Nevertheless, by the Lord's grace I am able to pray with him regularly. I believe that his life is in the Lord's hand and He "will fulfill the number of his days" (Exodus 23:26). I appreciate your prayers very much. We made some improvement on our web site and put some new pictures. You are very welcome to visit it: http://geocities.datacellar.net/Athens/Oracle/6086/main.html May the Lord bless you according to His riches and glory. With love in Christ, Andrew |
