Dear friends, RUSSIAN MINISTRY NEWS LETTER: MARCH 1999
Our ministry in Moscow area is going on.
God enabled us to preach the good news to about 155 high grade students just for the recent several days. It was done through the anti-abortion ministry that provides an access to public schools. One school teacher invited us to come back any time we want to. Currently we present two programs - about abortions and sexual relationships. . Each program contains basic information, video film, preaching of the Gospel and distribution of Bibles and tracks. Our plan is to develop a third program about drugs.
We also feel a need to have special ministry for youth. But we face several problems here. First of all it's a new area for us, then we need a program, a facility to meet, ministers...
Would you please join us in prayer for these needs?
We had several sermons entitled "What is the main purpose of Christ's redemption?" during last month. Topics about redemption, true meaning of water baptism and crucifixion of our old man were discussed. It was very good and helpful. As a matter of fact we'll have water baptism next Sunday.
Our brother Igor continues to work on the mission field in Uzbekistan- Central Asia's Muslim republic. He is happy to work where God wants him.
We also continue to evangelize in the hospital. More than 90 people in that hospital prayed the salvation prayer.
