HOW TO STUDY FOR WEEKLY CURRENT EVENTS QUIZ
We choose the biggest stories of the week from the pages of the Chicago Tribune. Stories could be local, national or international in scope. We don't ask for minor details, but knowledge of the main story line. Sports stories must be bigger than just the results of regular season games.
To score well, students could do these things:
1. Look at the Chicago Tribune Monday through Friday. Find the major
stories of the week; they may be local, national or inter-
national.
2. Discuss the week's big stories with their families.
3. Talk about the stories with classmates.
