For every new school participating there are 2 six-hour training sessions during which the trainer demonstrates every step of using the software, starting with turning the computer on. There is a very well organized booklet in which everything about the software is included and there is hands-on practice for everybody participating in the training session. After that initial training, workshops are held and an Educational Consultant is at the school site once a week.
