St. Patrick's Well at Grianan an Aileach, Co. Donegal.
In Inishowen, Co. Donegal, the Grianan of Aileach was the royal seat of Eoghan O'Neill. The well nearby is reputed to be where Eoghan was baptised by St. Patrick in the 5th century.

Also known as "An Tobar Mor", this well is associated with St. Ide, whose grave is nearby and is part of the ritual and also St. Brendan the navigator who is said to have been baptised in this well by Bishop Erc.
