There's a Website that I've been studying for a year now, a few weeks every trimester if you wish to know how much.
I do (prevalently) individual language teaching: of English and Italian, eight years now, and a little less long of Croatian as foreign language. Probably in June 1999. (upon acquisition of a PC) I took up personal computing and have since that time delved ever deeper into the world of it. That much so that I am now able to initiate a beginner into all the basic secrets. An intelligent beginner could with my help accomplish a thorough understanding of the use of these fascinating devices decidedly fast and (this is an illustrative imaginary prediction of a possible event) could within a period of six months of regular weekly lessons save himself numerous hundreds of hours of wandering in that wilderness for helpless outsiders.
My distinct priority being my commitment for the faith in Jesus Christ (I have a whole Website dedicated to the Catholic Church), if I still desire to translate something worldly into Croatian and Italian in my life, than that is this Website which, notwithstanding it having been in the phase of getting obsolete in part at the very time I sailed to it in the summer of 2000, is matchless in teaching of the basics of computing on the Web, as far as my knowledge goes (a question to the initiated: do you know better? --lemme know , grazie!). A 500 block of letter-format sheets definitely could not suffice to only print that material, two pages per sheet both sides, I think... Months of daily cramming would be needed to internalize that knowledge decently (I haven't myself yet found that much time eversince I found that Website)...
In brief, the above cited big saving of time I can realize for a beginner combining the teaching of English and that of computing... Such ken is truly not available in other languages but English.
But this site is going
to be about
Web and
ComputerTechie Stuff
Just wait and C!
O, c'mon,
maybe I'm only joking.
Wait and C!
But U might
have 2 wait a long time, U no!
In the meantime I did: a tiny tutorial on windows and frames
and another not so small on style sheets
