The Silent Sunset
Religions
Religion, as defined in The American Heritage Dict., is a belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator or governor of the universe. As said, it is a belief, not a fact. This is true because most of the religous doctrines, ideas, and phenomena cannot be tested or falsified as in science. However, it is no less important than science. Religion has existed ever since human beings settled down in civilization. Even though there are some conflicts between them, science and religion together make our lives more complete. Science searches answers to how things around us work, while religion teaches us how to live, think, and behave right.
