2. Say: My LORD enjoineth justice.
3. They repeat not knowingly what (wrong) they did.
4. Enjoin the desirable and forbid the undesirable.
1. And do good, surely ALLAH loveth those who do good.
2. Surely ALLAH loveth those who turn (unto HIM in repentance) and HE loveth those who keep themselves clean.
3. He who fulfilleth his Pledge and wardeth off (evil, let him know that ) surely ALLAH loveth those who ward off (evil)
4. ALLAH loveth the Steadfast.
5. Surely ALLAH loveth those who do good deeds.
THE
PEOPLE WHOM ALLAH DOES NOT LIKE
1. ALLAH guideth not the froward folk.
2. ALLAH loveth not those who make mischief.
3. Surely ALLAH upholdeth not the wok of mischief-makers.
4. ALLAH guideth not the wrong-doing folk.
5. ALLAH guideth not the disbelieving folk.
6. Surely ALLAH loveth not any treacherous
ingrate.
7. Surely HE loveth not the proud.
8. Be not prodigal; surely HE loveth not the
prodigals.
9. Surely ALLAH loveth the equitable.
10. And (know that) surely ALLAH is with those
who ward off (evil).
11. Surely the Mercy of ALLAH is nigh unto
the good.
12. ALLAH wasteth not the reward of the good.
13. (As for) Those who strive towards US, of
a certainty WE do guide them on OUR paths; and of a certainty ALLAH is
with the good.
14. Surely ALLAH loveth those who put (their)
trust (in HIM).
HOW
THE MUSLIM SHOLD BEHAVE TOWARDS HIS PARENTS
1. Be good to parents and to kindred and to orphans and the needy, and speak kindly to mankind; and establish Prayer and pay the poor-due.
2. THY LORD hath decreed that ye worship none
save HIM, and (that ye show) kindness to parents.
3. If one of them or both of them attain old age with thee, say not “Fie” unto them, not repulse them, but speak unto them a gracious word.
4. Surely ALLAH guideth not him who is a liar
and ingrate.
5. Surely ALLAH guideth not him who is prodigal,
a liar.
6. Who ascribeth unto ALLAH associates, of
a certainty he hath wandered far away (from the right path).
IN WHAT THINGS A MUSLIM SHOULD COOPERATE WITH THE OTHER MUSLIMS
And cooperate with one another in righteousness
and piety.
IN WHAT THINGS A MUSLIM SHOULD NOT HELP ANOTHER MUSLIM
Help not one another in sin and transgression;
and keep your duty unto ALLAH; surely ALLAH is Severe in (inflicting) punishment.
WHAT PATH SHOULD MUSLIMS TREAD
This is the path of thy Lord, a straight path.
WHAT IS THE PUNISHMENT FOR TIEFT, MURDER AND ADULTERY
As for the thief, both male and female, cut
off their hands. It is the reward of their own deeds, an exemplary punishment
from ALLAH. And ALLAH is Mighty, Wise.
But who so repenteth after his wrongdoing and amendeth, surely ALLAH will relent toward him. Surely ALLAH is Forgiving, Merciful.
WHAT SHOULD THE MUSLIM DO WHEN THE IGNORANT ADDRESS HIM
The faithful slaves of the Beneficent are they
who walk upon the earth modestly, and when the ignorant address them they
say: Peace.
SHOULD THE MUSLIM FOLLOW ANYTHING UNINTELLIGENTLY
And follow not that whereof thou hast no knowledge.
