The purpose of this site is to provide help, information and resources to aid you or a friend in their healing. We do not wish to preach at you. But to let you know that there is hope, and to share the resources that have helped me a survivor and others to overcome. As this site grows, we hope to included other resources that we have found available mainly in the UK but also around the world.
