I am not very good at speaking english, so I want to make my point clear in writing.
I do not want to argue with you, and I don't want want to bring this to your boss and
my boss attention before you know my point first.
I observe that you are a bitter person, a very bitter person with a bitter life and I pity
you. I thought that I was the one who lack social skill. I am always professional
and polite, whereas let me be honest with you, you are a pompous, rude ass. You
are the rudest person I ever met and you do lack professional speaking skill and
the ability to gain people's heart. You are merely my colleague, nothing more. I
guess you pride in your experience working 6 years in the lab whereas I have none
and I guess you think people will listen to you and respect you. No I don't respect
such a rude and ungrateful pompous person as you are, no matter what you
achieve in life. I thought you could be a good friend, but alas, I was wrong.
Whenever I see you, I see a sick mentality, a kind of sick person who only see the
negative things in life, and who doesn't recognize nor want to nurture a good
friendship
Let me go back to our conversation sometimes ago, you mention that you will try to
get me kicked out of this department if I break your equipment. I thought, wow, now
I know your true nature, such a person with an evil and ungrateful heart. I was
remembering I helped you quite a lot several weeks before that, and I got back with
that kind of attitude from you. Are you trying to instill fear me in me (which no one
succeed so far), or are you merely so dumb to believe that you can kick someone
out of the department for breaking an equipment. In either case, I don't give a fuck.
Second, I was trying to enlighten you by giving you information about the centrifuge
tube, and you keep telling me not to even think about it. Now that is really dumb
and childish talking. Your life seems to be filled with bittered experiences, like
getting kicked out of graduate school or banned from using Trimmer's lab
equipment, as you mentioned. I guess that has become your ghost, and you want
to come back and haunt others. It's pathetic, very pathetic
Let me go back to our conversation today, do you think I give a damn about your
warning, that you will report to your boss that I do not wear gloves while measuring
the spec. That is childish talk, so childish, and I can't believe a person with 31
years of life experience has come to a low point like this. What do you think your
whole lab will respond to the news that a guy from Gellie lab use our spec and did
not wear gloves. Let's report him to Gellie… what a joke. I don't mind wearing
gloves from now on when using the spec, but your behavior is totally childish, rude,
and unprofessional. You do not seem to be grateful that your lab members receives
lots of assistance from our lab members as well as using lots of our reagents and
equipments. You seem to have a totalitarian type of personality who wants to
control people and want them to do exactly as you please. Let me be honest, I
have the personality who hates to listen to anyone and do as I please. And you
know what, I shall consult with Elvia Diaz before using any of her equipments, and
please stop trying to teach me how to properly use something from now on, I don't
give a damn about whatever you say. If you have any issue, tell your boss to talk to
me or to my boss, because I don't want to waste my time dealing with such a rude,
pompous person like you who really needs to be taught how to be polite and
professional with his colleagues.
By spending my time to write this email, I have a sincere believe that you can be
better than who you are now if you recognize your weakness and work hard to
improve upon it. I understandd your situation, and I don't mind helping you getting
to your car or to Dale's house, if he is okay with you staying.
