We are delighted to announce that on 5th July, 2000 we got engaged on Southerndown Beach, Wales. I proposed to Rhian on a beautiful evening when the sun was setting at one of her most favorate beaches near to where her family lives. Rhian's three stoned diamond ring glistened and so did she as I asked! (she says her cheeks are still aching because she is so happy)
By the way she said "YES"
Rhian and I are fortunate to have received a blessing from both our proud parents. We are proud of our wonderful loving relationship, we've had a great time in Stuttgart for two years and look forward to a spectacular time in Portland, USA from the 31st July onwards.
We don't know where the future will take us but it is our dream to always be together, share dreams and build one happy fun-loving, exciting life together.
We would like to thank you all so much for you warm wishes and phonecalls, gifts and precious words. We really appreciate your kindness, thoughtfulness and friendship. You will all always have a special part in our thoughts and hearts.
As once quoted by our dear friend Claire (South Africa) "True friends will never fade over distance. Distance is something created in our hearts and not in our travels". Never a truer word spoken.
