Free English Program

LINC program is a free program for new immigrants to learn English. CCNC operates the program on behalf of the ministry of citizenship and immigration. It is a free program funded by the government. It also provides free childcare during the classes. Classes are given by the Chinese Cultural Center at 1701 Trafalgar Street (Bus route#22).
