Moongate offers spacious accommodation set in 1 acre (4,800m2 ) of well matured and landscaped gardens. The villa is on one level (two steps from car park) and there is a gentle slope down to the swimming pool area. The front entrance opens into a particularly spacious lounge/dining room with patio doors leading onto a full length covered veranda. The lounge/dining area has a marble floor and is beautifully cool, even on the hottest days.

On one side of the lounge a door leads to the master suite, comprising a bedroom (14’6”by 17’) with a large double bed and a bathroom containing bath, shower, toilet and wash hand basin. On the other side of the lounge there is a short passage leading to three further bedrooms. Two, one containing twin beds and the other two double beds, share the use of a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash-hand basin. The third is another en-suite bedroom. This bedroom contains twin beds and has its own bathroom with bath, toilet and wash hand unit. Three of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading onto the south facing veranda; all the bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

The pool area is about 25’ below the villa on the east side and is reached by a path from the property entrance or from the veranda. It is completely secluded, and not visible from outside the boundaries of the property. The pool is keyhole-shaped, with one end a constant 3’6” and the bowl-shaped end-where there is a small diving board-a depth of 7’6”. The pool is surrounded by terracing-one area of which is covered- and there is a built-in barbecue, pool kitchen with fridge and running water, fitness room, sauna, changing room /shower and toilet facilities. There are sun loungers, tables and chairs and two floodlights for evening parties.
The villa is fully furnished for 8 people and contains two television sets (UK and Portuguese), video, DVD and satellite TV. There is a maid (Candida) on duty for two hours every week day.
