Ok, the music alone gets an A++!  The Japanese mariachi (sp?) band?  Genius!  Must...but...soundtrack!

I love this movie.  Now, a bit of warning for those who have not seen this film: there is "artistic" bleeding and decapitations.  I like the sprinkler effect!  Hee hee!  The film is just...ahhh!  Quentin, you are some sort of genius (but please, no more guest appearances on American Idol).

See the film, then go see the sequel.  You just have to...I mean it!  It's a neccessity because this movie will leave you hanging at the end.  I feel bad for the people who saw the film last fall and had to wait until later this week to receive closure.

This one was hard to grade.  Alone, this film would probably receive a B because it was lacking in action (compared to Volume 1) and awesome, awesome soundtrack (compared to Volume 1).  So I think in fairness, to grade this film, I definitely have to consider it in conjunction to the Volume 1.  Thus I give it an A.

So yah, the movies need to be viewed together as if they are one movie, as was originally planned but divided due to time.  The first one has a majority of the action, the second has the plot.

The ending was a tad predictable, in an unpredictable way.  Oh, QT!  The man is a genius as far as the whole project goes.

Movie comes highly reccomended, by me.
