Natural Resources will be very fragile, and further more, it will damaged and vanished if we do not pay serious and proper attention to the various factors influence them. Some factors which speed up the declining process of the qualities of these natural resources are human activities in using them, especially if the main objectives are stressed on the economic ones. Our experience shows us that during the modernization and development process we tend to neglect ecological harmony and the balance of natural resources. These conditions are obviously contrary to the cultural values existing in community which have proved their invulnerability in social life, economy and ecological harmony from one generation to another. Therefore, it is really a high time for us now to possess a deep understanding to analyze and develop what is called Local Knowledge System (LKS) recognize by Western World as "Indigenous Knowledge System" (IKS), as an alternative which is parallel with the modern scientific and technological advancements. This idea is side by side with the sustainability concept and development based on ecological balance and harmony.
