A Full Moon Ritual

The altar should be provided with:

A gold and a silver candle (to represent the God and the Goddess)

Incense and Burner (Jasmine)

Elemental Weapons

Chalice filled with water

The Rite:

Consecrate a circle and call the quarters.

Hold your chalice up high to the full moon and say:

I know delight in the Light of the Moon

I know the Shades of Light

At the end of destruction lies creation

For the end of death is the birth of life

The Moon is the Opener

The Moon is Love

The Cycles of the Moon are birth and death

Lower the Chalice, and see the Light of the Moon in your Chalice.

Isis, I have seen Your Light

Isis, I have seen Your Darkness

You are the Giver of Life

And the Guardian of Death

You are the Goddess of the Moon

You are the Mystery of the Night

I delight in Your Power

See Power filling the Chalice.

I worship in body the things of the body

I worship in mind the things of the mind

I worship in spirit the things of the spirit

I behold the Light in the Cup

And it is the Life of the Goddess

May my cup now fill with Her Life

May my soul now fill with Her Love

Drink the water.

The Power of Isis I have drawn into my body

The Power of Isis I have drawn into my mind

The Power of Isis I have drawn into my spirit

May I always be a fit receptacle

So mote it be

Close the circle.
