Knight of Disks
Represents the fiery part of Earth. A patient man, painstaking and wise in material things, sometimes considered dull and preoccupied with earthly matters. Can be greedy and grasping, surly or jealous if badly dignified.
Queen of Disks
Represents the watery part of Earth. A woman who is wise in practical matters, affectionate, kind-hearted and somewhat timid, but charming. If ill-dignified, can be servile and dull, prone to moodiness.
Prince of Disks
Represents the airy part of Earth. A young man who is energetic and steadfast worker, a capable manager, competent but resentful of spiritual types, slow to anger but implacable if aroused.
Princess of Disks
Represents the earthy part of Earth. (my card) A young woman, beautiful and strong, generous, diligent and kind. If badly dignified, she is wasteful and cruel, selfish with her energies.
Ace of Disks
Root of the Powers of Earth--Material gain, power, labor, wealth, contentment, materiality in all senses.
Two of Disks
Change--harmony of change, alternation of gain and loss, weakness and strength, elation and melancholy, change from one job to another. Jupiter in Capricorn.
Three of Disks
Works--Business, paid employment, a commercial transaction, commencement of material matters. If ill-dignified, selfish, greedy, prejudiced, a business run without ethics. Mars in Capricorn.
Four of Disks
Power--Law and order, gain of money and influence, earthly power, but nothing beyond, skill in the use of physical forces. If badly dignified, covetous, suspicious, lacking in originality, a traditionalist in the worst sense of the word. Sun in Capricorn.
Five of Disks
Worry--Loss of Money, anxiety over bills, loss of job, poverty, the feeling of helplessness over material matters. If well-dignified can mean the impetous behind planning for the future, savings, retirement. Mercury in Taurus.
Six of Disks
Success--Gain of money, aquisition of wealth, influence, a wise investment pays off, philanthropy. If badly dignified, can mean arrogant and condescending, undue pride in material belongings. Moon in Taurus.
Seven of Disks
Failure--labor abandoned, quitting a job, sloth, unprofitable undertakings, waste of resources, disappointment. If well-dignified, can mean work undertaken for its own sake rather than any reward, delay but continued growth. Saturn in Taurus.
Eight of Disks
Prudence--Intelligence applied to material affairs, agriculture, building, industry, careful management of resources. If poorly dignified, can mean hoarding, penny-pinching at the expense of more important things. Sun in Virgo.
Nine of Disks
Gain--Good luck in material affairs, inheritance, a windfall in matters of money. If badly dignified, covetousness, wealth gained illicitly through theft or deceit. Venus in Virgo.
Ten of Disks
Wealth--Material riches and prosperity, enduring success in the material realm but nothing beyond. Can mean a loss of flexibility and inspiration, a solidification of innovation if care is not taken, ie resting on your laurels. Mercury in Virgo.
