Paws101. We found out that I was carrying a little boy when I was 7 months along. We were so excited about the idea that we were going to be blessed with a little boy...I went shopping like you never knew.....I bought little boy clothes from newborn size all the way up to a 2 toddler. We were more prepared for him then with our two girls. He was going to be the most handsomely dressed little boy in town. We were cheated though because he never got to wear those cute little outfits. BR> The day my son died everyone at work was involved with the OJ Simpson trial. Today we would find out if he was quilty or innocent. Everyone was talking about the trial. Our personnel director came in to talk to me. She told me I had to go home, and she would drive. I looked at her and said why. She said "It's a family emergency, you have to go now". When I arrived home, Peter was already on his way to the hospital; all the way there I prayed that he would be crying but we got there and walked into silence...We were lead into a small room and was told to wait for the doctor.....He came in and took my hands and said we are sorry we did every thing we could. We could not bring your little boy back... He was taken from you by SIDS ( Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). The first anniversary of PJ's death happened to be the same day has the opening of the Florida State SIDS Conference. On his second anniversary we went and bought PJ a memorial stone at the Miami Metro ZOO, placed next to the pink Flamingo's. On PJ's first birthday we bought a bunch of Dalmation balloons and let them fly in the sky at the exact time he was born; on his second birthday I was in the hospital giving birth to his new sister, our precious Victoria Rose. PJ's 3rd birthday is coming up and it scares me. I want the day to be extra special because it will be Victoria's 1st birthday, but in a way I DON'T want to do anthing, too.
