I know I have to let go of your captivating beauty,
and your enthralling heart's capture.


Feel my heart's weakened plea for a trace of your love,

and your parting soft smile embedded in my memory.


My love will never desert thee,
my faithful pledge of duty to your needs denied,
nor my undying captivity to your soulful eyes.


Show yourself to me again,

stripped of my armaments,

I cannot lose your memory,
