Cheeseburger Pie
1 lb. ground beef or ground round
1/4 cup diced yellow onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup Milk
2 eggs
Brown meat in a skillet adding diced onions at the end to soften. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place meat onion mixture in a greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Evenly sprinkle cheese over meat mixture. Whisk other ingredients in a bowl to blend then pour over meat cheese mixture. Bake 25 minutes until top is golden brown. Insert a toothpick in the pie's deepest part. If it comes out clean, it's done. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
