PEPPA Grilled Chicken

1 skinned, whole chicken cut up.
Picka Peppa Sauce (look in the sauce and condiment section)
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
Olive Oil

Cut up your chicken being careful to get as much skin off as possible,
and all fat that you can. This will give you a low fat meal, but not
missing any flavor. Rinse well, and place on a large plate, cover with
plastic wrap and microwave on 40% for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes,
turn each piece of chicken over or rearrange so the more uncooked pieces
are on top. Return to the microwave and cook 5 more minutes at 40%.
Preheat your grill to about Medium High.

Uncover the chicken and drain any juices from the plate. Pour a little
sauce from the bottle directly over the chicken and rub by hand. Use as
much sauce as you want, but a little goes a long way. Once it's sauced,
sprinkle some Garlic Salt, then Black Pepper over the chicken, turn and
repeat on the other side.

Using a mister, spray the chicken with only a little Olive Oil. Place
your chicken on the grill. Put the leg quarters over the hotter spots,
then the breasts next. I place the wings and thinner pieces on the
outside or on a top grill if you have one.

Set your timer for 10 minutes. DO NOT OPEN the grill cover (unless you
have a fire and you should NOT have one if all the fat and skin have been
removed).

After 10 minutes, spray each piece of chicken again with Olive Oil mist.
Flip and rearrange as needed to accomodate for hot spots. Set the timer
for another 10 minutes.

Make a last check now for doneness. If the meat is starting to creep away
from the end of the drumstick, your chicken is done! If some pieces need
a lil more browning, then spray before turning, move the done pieces to
the side and watch them closely.

Microwaving the chicken gets a head start on the inner meat that takes so
long to cook on a grill. Your chicken will still turn out wonderfully
juicy but it takes much less time to grill.

Storage tip: When I've eaten my fill, put your chicken in a ziploc
sandwich bag, pressing out most of the air, and freeze. Allow to thaw
naturally, and when you reheat, NEVER use 100% in the microwave. Open
the ziploc, reheat using about 50% to 60% for about 2 - 3 minutes. The
moisture will stay in and it's as tender as when you grilled it!
