Pork Ribs and Homemade Barbeque Sauce

Use 2 to 2 1/2 lbs of Boneless Pork Ribs. Remove
any fat you wish, and place in a 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2
inch cooking dish coated lightly with a little
non-stick spray. Cover with Aluminum Foil, place
on the center rack in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Remove the dish and now make we'll make the sauce.

Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients:
1 6oz. can of Tomato Paste
2 tbs Worchestershire Sauce
1 tbs Soy Sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup juices from the Ribs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp chopped Rosemary leaves

Remove the Ribs from the oven. In a bowl, combine
all ingredients above and stir until you get the
consistency you like. The mix above gives a fairly
thick sauce. If you wish it to be thinner, use water
or more drippings from the Rib dish. The amount of
sauce in this recipe will easily cover the ribs, with
enough left over to pour over baked potatoes.

Finishing your masterpiece:

Drain almost all the juice from the dish. Spoon the
Sauce over the ribs. Cover with the Foil and return
to the oven at the same temperature, for another 15
minutes. Then remove the dish from the oven and discard
the foil. Turn the ribs over, baste again, and return
to the oven for the last 15 minutes.

Garnish with fresh Parsely and serve.
