3 cups large Sea Shell Pasta
40-50 medium raw Tiger Shrimp
1 cup Ranch Dressing
3 tbs butter or margarine
8 oz shredded Mozerella cheese
2 tbsp Olive or cooking oil
Paprika
salt and pepper
Old Bay Seasoning
Boil pasta per package instructions. Rinse in cold water when done
and put in a large bowl.
Devein and peel shrimp while pasta is cooking. Rinse shrimp and pat
most of the water off with a paper towel. Place the shrimp in a
bowl and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Put oil in a heated (medium high) non-stick skillet and cook for 1 minute on each side.
The shrimp will turn a light reddish hue. Don't overcook!
To the pasta add, melted butter, about 6 onces of the cheese,
cooked shrimp, salt and pepper to taste, and Ranch dressing. Fold in
the ingredients and pour into a lightly greased or oiled 9x9inch baking dish. Top with the remaining Mozerella cheese and place in a
pre-heated oven at 400 degrees. After 15 minutes remove dish, and
garnish with paprika. Allow to set at least 5 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6. Very rich and the cheese is wonderful!
