I hope to make this a place of serenity and gentleness.
A safe place you can come to be uplifted and renewed.
So settle back and make yourself comfortable.
Pull up a chair by the fire and toast your toes for awhile.
Close your eyes and relax your body.

You and I are in a forest filled with alder and cedar trees.
The sun is shining over head and warming you to the core.
Above you,
you can hear brother hawk's cries as he circles overhead.

As you crunch your way through the autumn leaves, you breathe in their rich fragrance. Ahh the peace fills your whole being. You come to a large cedar tree on the bank of a stream.

You sit down and relax under it's protective bows on a bed of moss. Off in the distance you can hear the drum as it's beat mirrors that of Mother Earth's own heartbeat.

You feel again your connection to her and all of her creature's. You are surrounded with peace and you know that you are loved.
