CAT Tracks for May 10, 2002 RUN THE PHONE TREES

Don't get excited...there has been no contact with the other side...there has been no settlement.

However, all members need to be present at tomorrow's meeting. PUT THE PHONE TREES IN OPERATION! The plan is to picket from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Take a short break and then meet at the union hall at 10:30 a.m. Important decisions need to be made...the Board told us Wednesday that we had to notify them by Friday of what we wanted to do about "COBRA Notices"...what to do about the group health insurance. The general membership must VOTE on what to do. So...decisions will be made.

Also...inquiring minds want to know...the FACTS. We will have copies of the Board's last proposal and the CAT's last proposal...you can judge for yourself who is telling the truth! The CAT has nothing to hide. If YOU see the raise that the Board is spinning to the public...you explain it to us. Maybe we didn't catch it during the 15 hours of meetings on Tuesday/Wednesday. The Board team speaks with forked tongue!

Also, we will discuss our strategy for the upcoming week!
