CAT Tracks for November 18, 2004 GIVING THANKS

A tip of the CAT's hat to Chef Afton Green and ALL of the lunchroom personnel for their preparation and presentation of a traditional "Thanksgiving Dinner". All involved performed up to their normal high standard and made this American Education Week one to be remembered.

It should be noted that Wednesday was the day officially designated "ESP Day"... and a group of OUR Educational Support Professionals did what they quietly do EVERY day of the school year..."serve" the students and their fellow educational colleagues.

So...a special "THANK YOU!" to each and every person involved in making yesterday's "Employee Appreciation Day" a big success...and the Cairo BOE for "picking up the tab".

And, hey...if you gained a pound or two yesterday...that's what being a "fat CAT" is all about!
