CAT Tracks for February 23, 2005 NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE

If you heard a rumor that there was a negotiations session this afternoon...

Well, the rumor was true. But...due to a last minute scheduling conflict, that session has been moved to Friday. Also...do not expect any "news" from that session. It is the first official negotiations session, is scheduled to last only an hour, and will primarily consist of an exchange of initial proposals.

BUT...keep your ear to the ground - although it would be easier to keep an eye on the CAT website! CNN - the CAT News Network - will inform you of significant developments...as they happen!
