The results are in...Principal Insurance (using the Healthlink network) will be the new carrier for the CSD #1 Group Health Insurance program...replacing BlueCross BlueShield...probably on June 1, 2005.

You should have received an application for Principal Insurance yesterday. If you did NOT, please see your building insurance representative today! The application needs to be filled out and turned in...ASAP...as in yesterday!

REMINDER: You are paying for BCBS coverage through the end of May...continue using your BCBS insurance card if you must seek medical service.
